Mental health during separation or divorce

Going through a separation or divorce is one of the most stressful situations in life, so it is important that you look after your mental health. Our advice is don’t suffer by yourself, go and get support. This could be via friends or family, or from a mental health professional. Let us introduce you to our resident psychologist, Dr. John Cordwell.
